About Me
I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who is passionate about working with clients to create doable habits that promote long-term wellness. I’m a big believer in the power of small, consistent actions for sustained improvement in health. It’s our daily habits that have the biggest impact! I’m also a big believer in the capability of all my clients to make the changes that they want in life. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t think you could do it :)
I’m a mom of two kids (currently 10 and 13 as of February 2026) and I feel the cultural pressure to do it all and to have it all and to be perfectly successful at everything. Well, my life hasn’t been conducive to those things. So the approach I’ve taken instead is to be really explicit about my values and priorities. My own health and the health of my family (mental, physical and spiritual) are numero uno. And it’s important to me that we connect with each other, with nature, and with our community. I’m also passionate about cooking and feeding my family in a certain way. I love to hike. And I’m an anatomy and mobility-obsessed yoga teacher who loves when practitioners are able to do more in their daily lives as a result of their yoga practice.
